Essentials Massage

This very soothing and therapuetic massage incorporates long fluid strokes of varying depth and pressure to enhance the body's natural functioning. It improves muscle tone, circulation and joint flexibility. We utilize a variety of massage techniques, incorporate stretching, and can enhance your massage using heat and aromatherapy. Sessions are customized based on your needs and are performed within your comfort level.

Blended Massage

Our blended therapeutic massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle. This massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots. Perfect choice for those seeking a combination of relaxation and therapy.
